There are few other properties close by and so the house, pool and terraces remain very private and are not overlooked.
The location of Mas des Hirondelles is extremely peaceful with the only ?disturbances? being the periodic ringing of the local church bell or the rumble of an odd tractor!
At ground level and overlooking the pool area, the vast terrace is an ideal area to eat, drink, entertain or simply relax and watch the world go by. Taking pride of place on the terrace is a large dining table, ideal for al fresco breakfast, lunch or dinner dining overlooking the pool and mountain valley. There is also a traditional Italian charcoal burner BBQ with ?rapid fire? start up.

For more energetic villa guests, there is a purpose made petanque court, badminton net and table tennis table. All equipment is provided.
